Your Questions Answered
Clear, direct answers to help you understand how OnlyLaws works and whether it’s the right fit for your firm.
Who is OnlyLaws for?
OnlyLaws works with law firms generating $1M–$3M in annual revenue that are ready to install operational discipline.
Our clients typically:
- Have 4+ team members
- Spend money on marketing
- Feel founder-dependent
- Lack consistent weekly KPI review
- Want structure — not inspiration
If your firm is under $1M or you are not ready to implement measurable accountability, this is likely not the right fit.
What makes OnlyLaws different from a fractional COO?
A fractional COO often fills a role. OnlyLaws installs a system. We do not simply “manage operations.”
We design and install:
- Weekly scorecards
- Role-based KPIs
- Leadership cadence
- Intake conversion structure
- Financial visibility systems
Our goal is not dependency on us. Our goal is operational maturity inside your firm.
Do you replace our COO or operations manager?
No. We professionalize your leadership structure.
If you already have an operations manager or COO, we install the framework they can execute inside of. If you do not, we install the system first — then help you determine the right hire.
What if we already use EOS or another framework?
That is fine. Many firms use EOS but do not track conversion correctly, do not maintain disciplined intake reporting, or do not have financial visibility tied to marketing spend.
OnlyLaws integrates with your existing framework. We focus specifically on:
- Revenue discipline
- Conversion discipline
- KPI precision
- Founder dependency reduction
If EOS is installed properly, we reinforce it. If it is loosely applied, we tighten it.
How much time does this require from the founder?
During the 90-Day Operator Installation, founders should expect:
- Weekly leadership meeting participation
- Weekly KPI review
- Structured decision-making sessions
- Transparency around financial and conversion metrics
Typically, 2–3 focused hours per week. The goal is not to consume more time. The goal is to make your time strategic.
