Do you replace our COO or operations manager?
No. We professionalize your leadership structure.
If you already have an operations manager or COO, we install the framework they can execute inside of. If you do not, we install the system first — then help you determine the right hire.
What if we already use EOS or another framework?
That is fine. Many firms use EOS but do not track conversion correctly, do not maintain disciplined intake reporting, or do not have financial visibility tied to marketing spend.

What does the 90-Day Installation cost?
Investment varies depending on firm size and operational complexity. Engagement is by application only. We are not the lowest-cost option. We are designed for firms that understand the cost of operational instability.
Do you work with firms outside the $1–3M range?
Occasionally. However, our systems are optimized for firms in the $1–3M stage because this is where founder dependency and structural fragility are highest.
If you are below $1M, growth fundamentals typically need to stabilize first. If you are above $3M, engagement structure may differ.
What happens if we are not accepted?
If your firm is not a fit, we will say so directly. We may recommend:

We work with a limited number of firms at a time to ensure depth of engagement.
