A Cum Laude graduate of the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, Brad began his career clerking for the Illinois First District Appellate Court before building a successful litigation practice in downtown Chicago. He later served in executive leadership roles—including General Counsel, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, and Chief Human Resources Officer—helping growth-stage companies scale operations, revenue, and organizational performance. Today, through OnlyLaws.co, Brad serves as the fractional executive partner to a select group of law firms nationwide, helping firm owners implement the systems, accountability, and growth infrastructure required to build stronger, more profitable, and more scalable firms.
