A Cum Laude graduate of the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, Brad began his career as a law clerk to Justice Everette Braden of the Illinois First District Court of Appeals — an experience that instilled in him the discipline, rigor, and analytical precision that defines his practice today.

He subsequently built an active civil litigation practice in downtown Chicago handling complex matters across family law, employment, and bankruptcy. The courtroom taught Brad that outcomes are earned through preparation, process, and accountability — lessons he has carried into every executive role since.

The arc of his career then took a decisive turn into the executive world, where Brad has held C-suite roles — COO, CRO, CCO, CHRO, and General Counsel — across more than twenty years of leadership in SaaS, PaaS, and iPaaS technology enterprises. He has shepherded multiple organizations through high-growth phases, M&A, and operational transformation.
